Who's who?

Hi Guys,

At the LA convention I had a brief conversation with the young Russian speaking man and the white bearded America man seen in the attached picture. The INS journal editor Linda would like to include this picture in a convention report, but needs to know these gentlemen's names and I can't remember. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The young man is Marco from Milan Italy and the older man is Bob from Coronado California
